Solicitors Regulation Authority logo display:
We are obliged by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to display their clickable logo. This will enable you to see that we are authorised and regulated by the SRA. The logo is administered by Yoshki for the SRA. Yoshki uses Google Analytics to power their reporting functionality. Through this reporting functionality, Yoshki and the SRA have access to the following data:
- which websites have implemented the SRA clickable logo code. This is to help prevent inappropriate usage of the SRA clickable logo and to see which firms have adopted the service.
- how many times the SRA clickable logo has been clicked – this is to help manage system performance and to gain insight into usage.
Yoshki does not access, record or store any additional data such as IP addresses, page navigation behaviour, etc. Of the information they do access as set out above Yoshki state that it is only ever shared between the SRA and Yoshki, to facilitate the Digital logo service.
