Licensing agreements

You may be looking to license your business’ assets or use another business’ assets.

These assets can be very wide ranging e.g. software, data, trade marks, patents, know-how and many more. In all circumstances it is advisable to enter into an agreement to protect your business’ assets (if you are the owner) and to ensure that you have the assets you need to run your business on the right terms (if you are the licensee).

We can draft these licences for you and/or review them for you to ensure you have adequate protection.

Emma Lewis EL Law
EL Law corporate and commercial legal services

I was referred to Emma by a close friend when I required legal advice regarding contracts I intended to sign. The advice I received from Emma was excellent and communicated clearly. I have subsequently tasked Emma with further legal work on my companies' behalf and been equally impressed with the help and assistance provided.
